you know CoeCo, people love familiarity. Rina-Chan isnt an overused female voiceactress. She's a very talented voiceactress hence why she has so many roles. And people love hearing her in animations because they are familiar with her. But you clearly do not, which is fine, but its not right to vote lower on a submission simply because you think the voice actress is over used, try voting low if the voice acting is bad instead. That way good submissions will retain a good rating.
